Grown by farming families in lake alaotra, madagascar, this wholesome rice uses eco-friendly system of rice intensification (sri) practices, which consume less water and require fewer seeds while producing a higher yield than traditional growing methods. This whole-grain rice retains its bran layer to provide full nutritional value. The rice cooks in boiling water in 30 minutes and comes in a 15 oz. Package.
