Our all-natural lobster juice is made from fresh certified Maine lobster, sustainably harvested from the north Atlantic by down east families who have fished these waters for generations. Use our seafood juices to add that extra bit of rich flavor when baking fish, or as a substitute for water in your favorite seafood, soup or chowder recipes.
