If you want to experiment, I will be more than happy to assist you. For better and tastier results allow me to marinate meat for 4 to 5 hours. Be sure to cut small slits on poultry so I can penetrate and tenderize. On the grill keep me busy by basting. Let me be your secret when marinating, roasting or sauteing. Be creative!
