The Alessi Organic Linguine Pasta is made with wheat grown in the heartland of Italy. This pasta can be used to make the famous, Linguine con Vingole (linguine with clam sauce). It can also be paired with thick, meaty sauces. The texture of the bronze dies used to make the pasta allows for the sauce to better adhere to the strands. The bulk pack is ideal for restaurants and food stalls.
