Raw and Vegan Truffles Recipe

Hey there!🙋 We've got you some delicious raw vegan truffles recipe!
Enjoy your Tuesday afternoon with these yummy bites only 3 steps to go!
You will need: - Hazelnuts 50 grs
- Almonds 50 grs
- Chestnuts 50 grs
- Unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tbsp
- Soaked dates 15
- Orange zest (amount needed)
1️⃣ Step: Place all the nuts in a food processor or high-speed blender and pulse until it reaches the consistency of a meal.
2️⃣ Step: Next place pitted dates, the cocoa powder and orange zest in the food processor and process until small bits remain and/or it forms into a ball. If you like it more humid add a little bit of vegetable milk.
3️⃣ Step: Now form the truffles with your hands as seen in the picture. You can cover them with grated coconut. Enjoy!
