Oat and Coconut Cookies

So here is our oat and coconut cookies recipe.

It's the perfect antidote to bleary eyed mornings or sleepy afternoons, this will fill you up and energize you for a busy day. Because oats and coconut meat are a great natural source of high fiber content too. And both of them are suitable for those who have to lower cholesterol. Coconut also has significant amounts of iron and potassium.

So, let’s get started with this delicious snack.

You will need:

- 2 cups oats

- 1 cup of shredded coconut

- 1 cup of organic sugar

- 1/3 cup of coconut oil

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 2 eggs

 

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven at 355°f.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Make a nice dough and form little round balls with it.
  4. Spread some oil onto your oven pan so that the cookies won’t stick. You can use a silicone pad instead.
  5. Put the balls on the oven pan and press them just a little bit.
  6. Put them in the oven for 25min at 355°f and enjoy!
