Crispy Crunchy Crackers

Have you ever tried making your own crackers? Because if you don’t here is our very own crispy crunchy crackers recipe. These crackers are gluten free, dairy free and surprisingly easy to make at home with just five ingredients:

-       2 ½ cups of potato starch

-       225 grams of almond flour

-       ½ cup of olive oil

-       1 cup of water

-       2 tsp of salt

 

3 extra tips to make variation along time, yes ‘cause you just won’t get enough of these!

1)    CONDIMENTS: You can add paprika, oregano or any spices you’d like to make them flavored!

2)    TOPPINGS: You can put any seed or herb you like for topping; it goes great with it!

3)    DIPPS: While they bake make some hummus, guacamole, spinach and cheese.

 

And now begins the easiest preparation ever:

  1. Turn on the oven at 355°F.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients and mix them by hand until you have a soft, smooth dough.
  3. Divide your dough into 4 pieces and grab your rolling pin. Knead until they’re about 1” thick or as thin as possible.
  4. Cut into triangles or rectangles
  5. Bake for 15 min or until they become crunchy.

 

This recipe for crispy crackers is so quick and easy that you can expect to eat them this afternoon after work. Experiment to your heart’s content and find the exact combination of cracker thickness, toppings, and baking time that you like.
